Volunteer Position Description

Responsibilities include maintaining the financial reports for the pool.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate annual budget and list of expenses.
• Keep track of incoming payments via electronic payments and checks.
• Pay all pool related bills as needed.
• Help in the decision making process for what repairs are necessary and upgrades possible.
• Attend all Board meetings and present the current financial report. Prepare the annual budget report.
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as required for the continued operation of Woodbridge Valley Pool.
