The board has been looking ahead to the summer season, and we knew that to make 2024 successful, we need updates to the pool campus. Read below for an update on the investments and improvements planned for our beloved community pool – and for an update on 2024’s membership dues.
In our September all-member meeting, we discussed and collectively decided on investments and upgrades, including:
- Resurfacing the pool
- Repairs to the kiddie pool
- Repairs to the pump room
- Repairs to the pool lighting
- Updated security measures
- Upgrades to the bathroom fixtures
We are proud to share the campus investments have already begun. Looking ahead, our pool board is planning the following improvements for the 2024 season, which will encompass:
- Fencing repairs
- Needed pump room upgrades
- General repairs to the pool lights, deck, and pool surface
- New bathroom floors
- Bathroom upgrades
As we look toward the future, we anticipate that our maintenance needs may increase. Your continued support and understanding are crucial as we work diligently to enhance and preserve our pool for the enjoyment of all members.
